The Sibilia House is one of the best deli in the city of Lyon. Dried hams and sausages, cooked sausages, andouillettes, pâtés and terrines, the Sibilia delicatessen is the taste and the quality above all.
Charcuterie Sibilia is a pork butcher's shop and delicatessen, and leading catering professionals believe it is one of the best in Lyon. Apart from the great quality of its products, the personality of Colette (aka Coco) also has a lot to do with it: her kindness and knowledge of the art of gastronomy have made her a true "Mère Lyonnaise" (Mother of Lyon). Such qualities explain why so many "bouchons" in Lyon are still serving the pork products produced in the Monts du Lyonnais, Ardèche, Beaujolais, Bresse, Loire and Savoie areas as part of their menus. However, the region's pork products have also been enriched with many recipes and techniques from Germany, Switzerland and Italy.
