Tailor-made shopping in Part-Dieu

Wilfredo Velasquez, service manager at Galeries Lafayette Part-Dieu

Whether you are looking for advice on finding that perfect wedding outfit or choosing your coat from among a preselected list, with its personal shopping service Galeries Lafayette will assist you free of charge when you're out shopping.

So how does the personal shopping concept work?

This free service available at  Galeries Lafayette Part Dieu  enables our customers to be accompanied by a specialist for their shopping. The customer can call in advance to have a personal shopper prepare a selection of items meeting his or her needs and can also go directly to the reception centre on the first floor to obtain help from the personal shopper. There are three advantages: the customer saves time, obtains expert advice about the latest trends and can try on items in the VIP room.

Who is this service designed for?

For all of our customers! We can assist foreign clients as we speak four languages: English, Spanish, Chinese and Russian.

Which other in-store services do you offer?

Click&Collect enables clients to collect items they have ordered online in-store. For its part, the Welcome Desk is a genuine freeconciergeservice and provides guidance for clients in town when reserving restaurants, taxis or hotels, etc. Finally, we have the Duty Free counter, as well as a 10% off for foreign clients.

Why should shoppers choose Part-Dieu?

With more than 260 stores, this is the largest town centre  shopping centre  in Europe. Whether you're looking for fashion, culture, household decoration, sports, food products, restaurants or cinemas, you'll find it here!
