Zucca's cuisine takes its inspiration from childhood memories of Italian chefs - tastes and smells - and their roots. This generous, gourmet cuisine remains true to the real home-made cooking of "mammas", with traditional dishes revisited while respecting the codes of Italian gastronomy. The minimalist menu focuses on quality and seasonal products, enhancing all their flavours. This menu changes throughout the year and regularly offers new dishes. One word characterises the work of the Chefs and Antonello Cabras, the consultant: generosity. Their ultimate wish is to give as much pleasure to those who discover the dishes as they themselves had creating them.
