On 30th March 2011, Paul Bocuse was given the "Chef of the Century" award, at a ceremony organised in New York by the Culinary Institute of America. You can enjoy the soup with black truffles, fillet of sole with noodles, Bresse chicken cooked in a Guérande salt crust...
