In an authentic, hundred-year-old setting, the team at Le Poêlon d'Or will introduce you to Lyon's traditional specialities.
Le Poêlon d'Or, member of the Association des Bouchons Lyonnais, which safeguards Lyon's culinary heritage and traditions, offers an authentic setting, in a building listed as national heritage. Chef Mickael Lorini serves up recipes handed down by Lyon's famous Mères Lyonnaises (female chefs) and his own house specialities, such as pike dumpling in shrimp sauce, artichoke heart and foie gras, rum baba, and so on.
