Located alongside the banks of the Saône, the Brasserie de l'OUEST has a large wooden terrace with an attractive view across the river. The interior decor is modern, decorated with wood and aluminium features, with a view across the wine cellar and a kitchen opening out onto the dining area.
The latest must-visit Paul Bocuse Brasserie in Lyon, the OUEST is designed with wood, metal, concrete, giant screens, open kitchen, and is reminiscent of far-off islands. Chef Cédric Boutroux brings us to the West Indies with cod fish cakes, gives us an oriental taste with prawn spring rolls, to Japan with salmon sashimi with wasabi mustard. The OUEST is also known for its Iberican specialties, like its Andalucian Gaspacho or its 'Pluma de Patanegra', as well as Italian classics such as risotto and pastas.. The OUEST also offers custom made options for business dinners, family events, banquets, cocktails, birthdays etc...
